  3. Apply for the LIC HFL Apprenticeship Program-010 from the establishments list
  4. Fill the application and pay the fee as per your category
  5. Preview the complete form carefully before final submit
  6. Pay the fee online if applicable and save the e-receipt
  7. Submit before the last date and download the final application printout
